Project Review
Project review: A project review looks at the three fundamental aspects of any new development.
1. Novelty: is the idea unique?
2.. Viability: can the idea be produced?
3. Commercialisation: can the idea be sold?
If the answer is yes to all of the above, then a full feasibility study is
undertaken.
If the feasibility study is favourable then a funding proposal will be offered.
There are no charges involved for project reviews or feasibility studies.
